CluckClock is not a medical, emergency, public safety, or life-critical alert system. Alarm behavior may vary based on iOS settings, permissions, volume, Focus mode, network/device state, and user configuration.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- enabling notifications and alarm permissions
- verifying your alarm schedule and volume settings
- keeping your device charged and operational
- testing your setup regularly
4. Acceptable Use
Use CluckClock only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
5. Purchases and Virtual Currency (Future)
CluckClock may introduce optional purchases and virtual currency (eggs) for cosmetic unlocks. If enabled, additional purchase terms will apply and be presented in-app.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
CluckClock is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CluckClock and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
